Transpeye — the shipped work

The job.

Transpeye combines business data with CCTV to help retail loss-prevention teams find and verify moments of risk. The technology is powerful; our job was to make its value immediately clear to retailers, security partners and risk leaders.

The brief

Rebuild the website around Transpeye's current A-EYE™ platform and give the brand a consistent, credible voice beyond the site. The work needed to explain a complex mix of data analytics, video verification and physical-security integrations without losing the buyer in technical detail.

What we did

  • Reshaped the proposition around one direct promise: reveal your risks through data and video
  • Designed and built a responsive website that explains the platform, integrations and three-click investigation flow
  • Turned product capabilities into clear use cases for retail and security decision-makers
  • Created a stronger proof story around the live estate, monitored checkouts and integrated cameras
  • Manage Transpeye's LinkedIn presence with regular industry commentary, product education and campaign content
  • Continue to support, host and maintain the website as the offer develops

The result

The new site gives buyers a much clearer route from the problem they recognise to the platform feature that addresses it. Website and LinkedIn now work as one joined-up system: the site carries the core commercial story while the social programme keeps Transpeye visible through timely, useful thinking on retail risk, CCTV health and exception reporting.
